My Life as a Realtor – Day 163
My Life as a Realtor ~
Day 163:
Happy New Years Eve!!
My guests started to arrive at around 6:30. Leading up to this time, we cooked – cleaned and I did some work, hoping the results will be good in the new year.
Joe was busy cooking the lobsters. Earlier today, he went to China Town and bought 30 of them to eat individually and some were used in a seafood stew – Mariscada – that my mom made. The stew also included shrimp, scallops, squid, clams and oysters – all in a delicious red sauce served with rice on the side. We also roasted pork, roast beef, potatoes – and had veggies and salad and of course started with appetizers. By the time dessert came around, it was almost midnight. One of our sweet treats was a birthday cake for my sister Lisa. She was born on New Years Eve – HAPPY BIRTHDAY LISA!!

Lot’s of eating…

Lot’s of celebrating…

and lot’s of praying for a good New Year in 2010!
