Thank You! My daughter took these photos – first she and her cousins spent time in Algarve – then drove to Vilamar, Coimbra – my husbands town – then made their way to my parents town in Vilarinho da Raia, Chaves. They ended their trip back in Vilamar and they can’t wait to go back!

Hello – Thanks so much for your inquiry. Per the MLS, the common charges range from $310 to $514 and the quarterly charges range from $50 to $215.

Fieldstone Pond has both condos and townhomes – also known as single family attached homes/PUD’s. I will forward listings for both.

This is a great quality Fan, without being too big. It’s small enough to move and carry around ans shove in your closet, but powerful enough to provide a cool refreshing breeze similar to those large oversized fans you see in your local laundromat! I highly recommend this fan if you need to get cooled off on a budget and don’t want to buy an A/C.

Hello -

My kids tell me Chicken Rock is on Candlewood Lake – from the New Fairfield town beach – heading towards Sherman. They have only passed it by boat, and don’t think you can drive to it. If you Google “Chicken Rock New Fairfield” you’ll find You Tube videos and info. I watched on of the videos and it looks scary! Not sure if jumping off the rock is even allowed – but I hope everyone is careful!
