Realtor Open House Day in CT & NY

This past Wednesday, Realtor Open House Day took me to 3 beautiful homes - the 1st in New Fairfield, CT - the 2nd in Holmes, NY and the 3rd in Patterson, NY. It was a beautiful day, we had great food, good conversation and 3 more homes I’d like to share with you and my clients!

Patterson Town Hall – Patterson, NY

On Tuesday, I made my way into Patterson, NY to the Patterson Town Hall. I needed to get a copy of a survey for a client of mine. Everyone in the town hall was very pleasant and quick to help.

Another cell phone pic to share with you…

Driving back from an appointment, I passed Putnam Lake in Patterson, NY. My first thought was about how beautiful the lake looked – blue and not frozen! Then I noticed…

DUCKS!

At first, they began to come towards me – when I raised my cell phone to take a photo, they turned and started going the opposite way. Then, all I said was, “Hey Baby” – and they quickly scurried across the water and started to fly away! Gosh!

Next time, I’ll just take the picture and keep my big mouth shut!

During a Realtor Open House Day, I visited an historic home in Carmel, NY. Built in the 1760′s, this home is loaded with charm and of course… history. Everything from the architecture to the furniture and decorative items - including this antique telephone, which brought me back in time. Or so I could wonder what it was like…

While waiting for clients in front of a home we were scheduled to view in Hopewell Junction, NY – a hamlet of East Fishkill – I looked up and couldn’ t believe how beautiful the sky looked!

My clients went on to purchasing the home and now get to look up and see this wonder very often!
